Phillip A. Norcross, Esq.

Philip A. Norcross is the Managing Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Parker McCay, a leading regional law firm with more than 100 years of experience in South Jersey and beyond. He focuses his practice in the area of public finance and transactional law, with an emphasis on municipal, economic development, redevelopment, and other specialized financings. He represents a myriad of governmental and private entities in finance, real estate, private equity, and development matters throughout New Jersey and devotes a substantial amount of time to governmental and administrative affairs.

Philip is a frequent lecturer on business, public finance, and economic development matters. He was rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has served on the board of directors for Sun Bancorps, Inc., and Sun National Bank (2012-2016), as well as for U.S. Vision, Inc., which is one of the largest retail optical chains in the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Philip is active in the South Jersey community, serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, as well as Chairman of The Cooper Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for Cooper Health System. He has formerly served on the Executive Committee of the Home Port Alliance, U.S.S. New Jersey, Inc., and was a Founding Member and Vice President of the Mount Laurel Public Education Foundation.
