For the tenth year in a row, employees of Cooper University Health Care came together to make the holidays a bit brighter for local families in need.

Through a partnership with Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, Cooper employees “adopted” more than 500 people and generously donated 3,000 toys, 2,000 items of clothing, 120 home and kitchen goods, and 150 gift cards to fulfill holiday wishes for local children and their families.

“Each year, Cooper employees go above and beyond to spread joy to our neighbors in need,” stated Susan Bass Levin, President & CEO of The Cooper Foundation. “It’s the season of hope and promise and I am so proud of the Cooper team for supporting this effort.”

An addition to Adopt-A-Family, The Cooper Foundation donated more than 200 winter coats and gloves to children in the Cooper Plaza and Lanning Square neighborhoods.
